HOW IS 925 SILVER DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL SILVER?

Often, 925 Silver and Silver are described as one and the same thing, but they aren’t. 925 Silver is only an alloy of Silver which consists of 92.5% Silver, and the remaining 7.5% (or even more) is of other metals. On the other hand Silver, which is usually called fine Silver, consists of 99.9% pure Silver, Also because of the high percentage of Silver in pure Silver, it cannot be used to make those daily rough and tuff items. Pure Silver is just too soft if it is to be made or shaped into such items. Whereas 925 Silver is better to use in making Jewelry coz it doesn't get dark over a period of time.

We understand our customer’s curiosity of seeing the product once they place an order, hence considering that we ship our order on the same day. Only during Sundays and Bank holidays the products are shipped the very next day.

 

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, Dhanraj Jewels offers free shipping all over Gujarat State (Out of Gujarat state may apply courier & Angadia charges) for Prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will have to pay `99 extra as COD fee.

WARRANTY

DO DHANRAJ JEWELS PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY?

Yes, all 925 Silver products come with one year warranty against any manufacturing defect. & All Fashion Jewelry products come with one month warranty against any manufacturing defect. Warranty does not cover damages such as breakages, scratches, cracks, tarnishing of plating due to misuse or any sort of wear and tear.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay using your Gpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, QR Scan, UPI Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Cash On Delivery (COD < Refer Delivery Information). Please note that a service fee of `99 will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Due to security reasons, COD option is not available on purchases above `15,000/-
